Welcome to Green Park Diagnosis. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. As an NABL-accredited facility, we aim to provide the highest quality of service.
1. Service Accuracy
While we ensure maximum precision using advanced technology, diagnostic results are subject to biological variations. Reports should always be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.
2. Sample Collection & Fasting
Certain tests (like HCP PLUS or Blood Sugar) require specific preparation, such as fasting. It is the patient's responsibility to follow pre-test instructions provided by our staff to ensure report accuracy.
3. Reporting Timeline
We strive to deliver reports within the committed timeframe. However, specialized tests or technical requirements may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you in such instances.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Payments must be made in full at the time of registration or sample collection.
- Refunds for cancelled tests are subject to our internal audit policy and must be requested before the sample is processed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Green Park Diagnosis is not liable for any health decisions made based on reports without a doctor's consultation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the test performed.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms or our test pricing at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in technology or government regulations.
